SUMMARY
The Zone Technician I performs basic repairs and preventive maintenance of basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry, and all other duties as outlined by the Facilities Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Carpentry Trade required or equivalent level of education or experience is required
- At least (1) one year of hospital experience in engineering (mechanical, carpentry, and painting) is preferred.
- Must have some knowledge of building fire walls, smoke compartments, and other structural related compartments.
